Lende Signs, Okoboji Graphics and Boji Promo

• Prices: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices subject to change without notice.

• Labor Rate: $69 per hour per person on any work. Including design and graphics, decals, sign surveys and sign installations, vehicle wrap installs, sign production, print and vinyl artwork production setups, and travel etc. Any other price agreements must be in writing prior to start of work or standard labor rate will apply. Payment for all service work compensation expected and due when invoiced.

• Order Payment: Prepayment or down payment required on various orders. Full payment required on standard or custom produced products at order time. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other method if required, prepaid, or invoice. Invoices are due upon receipt. A 2% finance charge will be added monthly (24% annual rate) for any unpaid balances that are 30 days past invoice date. Late payments without finance charge paid will be re-billed for late fee finance charge. Default: In the event of non-payment or other breach of this agreement by client, Client shall pay all of designer’s costs and expenses incurred in connection with the enforcement of the terms of this agreement, including designer’s collection fees and attorney’s fees. Vehicle graphics and wraps payments total balance due at time they are picked up.

• Payment Security: Powered by Stripe payment. Debit or credit card payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Network and PayPal options are accepted forms of payment online. Add +3% credit card fee min. Accept cash or check payments too. A $40.00 service charge will be added on all returned checks. Check payments must clear bank prior to sign production work or shipment.

• Minimums: A $35 minimum order on standard products and $75 minimum on custom orders. Orders less than $50 are subject to a $10.00 service charge to cover handling fees. Some wide format media printing jobs requires $149 minimum order.

• Full payment required: when placing order at shipping time or pickup on standard products.

• Shipping Minimum: All orders shipped have a minimum shipping fee of $13.95. USPS, $14.95 UPS ground, or standard carrier. Other shipping prices are determined by carrier, made at time product is packaged, measured weighed, labeled for destination. Packaging and handling fee may be applied in addition. Please indicate if Rush Service will be needed for an additional fee based by carrier selected.

• Large Package Shipping and Freight: All product shipments requiring special packaging cartons or crates etc. will have package or crate fee added to order. Freight prices are determined by freight company and will be added to order invoice at time of shipping or payable C.O.D. to freight company at time of delivery.

• Returns Refunds: All sales are final. Custom products sold as is. Custom products are not returnable and no refund. Customer is to prepay freight on authorized returns and will be subject to a 20% restocking and handling charge. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Contact  Lende Signs, Okoboji Graphics, or Boji Promo with questions regarding returns. Reprinting of any color revisions or edits after printing starts is at regular rate. Lendesigns reserves the right to make changes, at any time, without notice, in price, colors, materials, packaging, specifications, and product selection. Colors shown in catalog, print, on web or in email are for representation purposes only and not proof of final color. We output print through color profile management software. Actual colors will vary under different light conditions, on different monitors and with media used. Returns and refunds not available on color variations. Print proof test runs $70 minimum each or total amount of labor time and media used.

• Graphic design and advertising service fees: Anytime artwork design or layout is requested and provided an advertising services fee will be billed to customer. This includes design layouts, development of concept drawings, and for ideas in proposals. Advertising, graphic design, sign survey fees, consulting fees, and trip charges are due upon receipt of invoice. In progress payments will be requested for extended jobs. Custom fabricated signs require 50% minimum payment or up to 100% to start production and fabrication. Any jobs that are postponed, cancelled or otherwise delayed require full payment for material and creative advertising services completed up to time of cancellation and due upon invoice receipt. Custom design orders requires Minimum payment of $75 or 50% of estimate required to start work on graphic design. Balance of payment due when work is finished.

As part of the service we maintain archive of all artwork we create for your next job. Artwork fees are for our service work, not for the purchase of the design and copyright ownership. We provide design in-house and most any print work or product through additional vendors if work is out of our internal capabilities. If we cannot provide the print service you can request a release for that item only for a service fee.
